We support three integration methods: manual entry via the agent dashboard, automated XML/real-time feed ingestion (supporting major formats), or by claiming an existing pre-configured branch profile in our directory. Manual uploads are active immediately; automated feed ingestion is scheduled for release throughout 2026.

Each listing is dynamically enriched with verified local datasets, including historical crime indexes, school ratings, and AI-driven valuation models. How do I claim a pre-existing branch profile?
Yes. The majority of UK agency branches have pre-configured directory profiles on Pilbe. Locate your branch using our verification flow, complete the authentication process using your corporate email of record, and administrative access will be granted immediately.
What is the onboarding procedure if my branch is not listed?
Select the "Add Branch Manually" option within the onboarding flow. You will be required to provide your agency's trading name, contact details, physical address, and Companies House registration number. Once the submission is verified via a secure verification code, your profile will be published.
